WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A PHOTO SESSION?
Before we even start discussing your photos, we will talk about what your portrait will need to achieve for you. Among other things, we will talk about your clothing, hair and make-up, as well as location (if you need an outside photo), and how to create the most advantageous and flattering look for you. We can then start preparing you for your photo shoot.
It may take several test shots to get you comfortable in front of the camera, and for you to feel at ease with the photographer (me). We can then make the necessary changes and adjustments (clothing, hair, poses, etc.) so that you are at your best in each photo. I will help you get most out of your photo session and will give you clues about poses, expressions and gestures during the photo session.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR A GOOD PHOTO SESSION?
Depending on what kind of portrait you need, I suggest you arrange to bring several outfits, something that you love wearing and feel comfortable in. To keep focus on your face, it is a good idea to choose solid colors, not “busy” or confusing patterns: we wouldn’t want to take the attention away from you!
You can also bring in your old photos or photos of other people as examples of what you like.
RETOUCHING AND PRINTING SERVICES
We offer full retouching for at least one digital image per each photo session. If you require more retouching done, we can discuss the amount of work to include in the total price. The retouched images will be recorded on an electronic media of your choice. By retouching, we mean removing blemishes, lines, redness in the eyes, stray hairs. If you need more in-depth retouching done, additional charges will apply.
Also, we can print your photos essentially on any type of paper.
HOW TO BOOK A PHOTO SESSION?

If you contact us by email, please include as many details as possible about what you need, what are you expectations, budget and time frames. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
If you have a rush request and need a session or location photo shoot done on a short notice, I will do my best to work with you, depending on my availability.
If you need to re-schedule your photos session for any reason, I require a week’s notice. Otherwise, your deposit will not be returned.
In case of a “force majeure” circumstances on my part, your deposit will be returned in full.
HOW LONG IT TAKES TO GET MY PHOTOS AFTER THE PHOTO SHOOT?
Typically, turn-around time for a regular photo session is around - 1 week. Event/location photo sessions (i.e. engagement, wedding, etc.) - 2 weeks. Rushed return (up to 3 days) is available for additional charge.
LOCATION
We work out of our home photo studio with professional lighting and photo equipment. We are conveniently located in eastside Windsor, ON (Windsor/Tecumseh).
